UK Mainland Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (1-2 working days): FREE on orders over £100, or £7.99 for orders under £100
  • Next Day Delivery: £12.99 - Order before 2pm for next working day delivery
  • Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day
  • Saturday Delivery: Available upon request for an additional £15.99

International Shipping (Europe)

  • European Union: 3-5 working days - £25 flat rate
  • Rest of Europe: 5-7 working days - £35 flat rate
  • Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes
  • Tracking Included: All international shipments include full tracking

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Parts must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All QR codes and labels must be intact
  • Original foam packaging and protective materials must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must not show signs of installation attempts or handling damage

How to Return an Item

Package Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your RMA number clearly marked on the package

Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address (provided with RMA). We recommend using tracked shipping

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or technical reasons:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected (TCMs, sensors, solenoids)
  • Parts showing signs of installation or use
  • Items with missing or damaged packaging
  • Refurbished gearboxes (subject to warranty instead of returns)
  • Special order or custom-programmed items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Sent: We pay return shipping and send correct item free of charge
  • Defective Item: We pay return shipping and provide replacement or full refund
  • Damaged in Transit: We arrange collection and provide immediate replacement

Damaged or Faulty Items

While we take every care to ensure parts arrive in perfect condition, occasionally items may be damaged during transit or arrive with manufacturing defects.

If You Receive a Damaged or Faulty Item:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Check your parcel immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage
  • Photograph Everything: Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item
  • Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email us with photos and your order number
  • Keep All Packaging: Retain all packaging materials for courier inspection if required

Our Guarantee: If an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, we'll arrange immediate collection at no cost to you and send a replacement by express delivery. No questions asked.
